Is the WA and 57WG the same size or does it look smaller because its higher on the tail than before ?

I'd have to look at my pics. I don't remember thinking they were different.

Some WA, OT and MO (Thunderbolts) Strike Eagles would be nice :thumbsup:/>/> :woot.gif:/>/> In 1/32 of course :wub:/>

WA and OT are already available on #48006. The only forthcoming 1/32 Strikes I have are the two on 32007, due out this spring. That is an SJ jet (helo killer) and a gorgeous ET jet.

If I'm not mistaken, the flagship markings have changed slightly in recent years in that the tail number is now applied in the same format as the line jets, with the small AF + FY, followed by the last 3 or 4 numbers in the larger size. Contrast that with the previous method, where the tail number characters were all the same (smaller) size, to allow more space for the unit identification. The result of the new format looks a bit more crowded as seen in the photo, but I don't know if the sizes have been adjusted at all.
