Sebastijan
Hi everyone! My first build in this group build will be RS Models 1:72 Northrop XP-79 'Flying Ram'. I have a thing for Northrop's flying wings and weird aircraft designs, so this model seemed like an appropriate first candidate! :) No photos yet - I've only painted interior in Yellow Zinc Chromate, as I am still working on the MiG-31 atm... more updates next week. oh, and if you are wondering what kind of aircraft that was:
2qwik4u
Sweet! I've got that kit as well. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with it! -Dave

Sebastijan
Not much to show - I've finished the cockpit. Really simple affair and almost nothing will be seen of it when closed in the fuselage, so I didn't bother putting on washes or some other kind of detailing. Dryfit shows that inserting canopy will be, let's say, interesting :D
falcon20driver
It looks good so far.
Sebastijan
The fit of the canopy is tricky and I really wonder what the unmasking will reveal... but nonetheless, here she is in her light grey paint scheme (RS Models suggest using white, but available B&W photos suggest otherwise).
