Sausage
I found this photo of the Mig-29 on the web and was wondering if there are any decals for this. If not , are there any other photos of this particular plane? Where was it based and does anyone know the history? https://dknights.files.wordpress.com/2015/07/mig.jpg
Fighting Eighty-Four
You can build that scheme OOB with the GWH 1/48 MiG-29 SMT 9-19 kit. In fact, someone recently posted the build in the Display Case... 1/48 9-

beingthehero
Those MiG-29SMTs belong to the 14 IAP, based in Kursk, iirc. If 1/48 isn't your usual scale, both Zvezda and Trumpeter are planning to release 1/72 scale versions in the near future, plus Lone Star has a resin conversion set for the Italeri kit. AKAN has the paints for the MiG-29SMT scheme, AKAN 47345 and AKAN 47346. The difference between the two sets is the dark grey color, as some airframes have a greenish-grey tint while others have a very dark grey look. The newer SMTs have the old Fulcrum colors: http://russianplanes.net/id186529
