Banshee1000
My wife, who is wonderfully supportive of my hobby, has decided to try it herself. Her first figure was the rather challenging 1/9 Dragon vinyl kit. she had to use epoxy and hot water to conform some of the parts to fit. She used Mr. Surfacer primer and then oils. ikar
Nice job. Now, where did ou get these kits and how much are they going for?
2qwik4u
Looks good! Nice job. Now, where did ou get these kits and how much are they going for? Dragon USA has them, and quite frequently has them on sale. I believe this exact kit was one of their "Daily Deals" recently. I've got a bunch of the Iron Man kits too and they are pretty nice. I've got a Captain America almost finished, I just need to get the shield to cooperate with me. I'm having issues with lifting paint. -Dave
dnl42
That's her first? Dang! There are some outstanding finishing skills there. Is she an artist?
K5054NZ
I'm with dnl42, that's fantastic for a first effort! My wife is a fan of Groot so I'm very tempted to get the Dragon kit for her.
