squackhunter50
Testors makes Dullcote. You can find it at Michaels or AC Moore. It will leave you model with a fantastic flat finish. Edited April 27, 2016 by squackhunter50
balls47
Hey A21-29, I'm assuming that you will want your windows to remain glossy. Make sure that you mask the windows, since they are already nicely glossed. If your gloss coat is acrylic based, you'll have to use masking tape, preferably something that is low-tack like Tamiya masking tape. If you use a liquid masking agent on an acrylic based paint/clear-coat, it may have a non-reversible reaction with your acrylic gloss coat. However, if you used a solvent based clear coat, such at Testor's Clearcote, you can use a liquid mask. If using a liquid mask, you may still want to mask with tape around the edges, then fill in the center with your liquid mask. Good Luck!!!!
