falcon20driver
I know this has come up before, but it's been awhile since the last one. What is your modeling drink of choice? For me, besides sweat tea (South Carolinian living in Texas), is Love Street beer brewed in Austin, TX. It's a Kolsch style blonde that's oh so good. For some reason, I'm much more content with my work while enjoying one!
tobiK
A hot milk with honey when it is cold outside or mix 1:1 Pear juice and dry cool white vine...cheers!
kellyF15
DR PEPPER FOR ALL OCCASIONS!!!!
niart17
Lately until I get some sort of AC or dehumidifier in the garage, it's Gatorade - orange flavor. Although that sweet tea does sound pretty good as well. (living in Texas too so I know all about sweet teas. Practically its own food group in the south. Bill
fulcrum1
Since I do most of my modeling at night when the kids are asleep its usually hot milk or hot lemon water. Super exciting I know.
beingthehero
Obolon beer for the most part. Khortytsa vodka when things are going wrong.
82Whitey51
While modeling, a cup of coffee in the mornings, especially while decaling :) Otherwise, just a bottle water or an occasional Coke. After modeling, a Sam Adams.
Fellow Hobbyist
Tea or coffee; largely depends on what time of day I happen to be working at the bench.
Dave Roof
Beer - Sam Adams, Innis & Gunn or Guiness Liquor - Jack, Jim or Crown I've actually been building the past few weeks too!
airmechaja
You can't beat A "Lonely Blonde" Ale while modeling.............or even if you're not modeling!
mlicari
Depends! If it's a weekend morning, then it's strong coffee. If it's a weekend evening, then it's strong drink! :)/> Edited May 9, 2016 by mlicari
phantom
Very rare I bring anything down there. When I get thirsty that means I have been in the basement by myself too long.
TaiidanTomcat
Usually it's poorly made coffee.
Bigasshammm
Beer. Sam Adams, IPAs the stronger the better, Sapporo, PBR when I'm feeling cheap. Tequila. - margaritas, sunrise, mixed with various flavored pops. Or coffee n pop depending what time of day it is.

Djack
Crown & Coke usually hits the spot. David
yardbird78
I rarely drink anywhere near my model bench. I am too clumsy and would probably knock the glass over and make a mess.
Don
Morning modeling its coffee...lots of coffee. Afternoon modeling its a water, diet soda, maybe a juice or nothing at all. Evening modeling once the kids are in bed and if its nothing that requires significant concentration I enjoy a good neat glass of Irish Whiskey (Jameson 12 year or Michael Collins...but I'll "slum it" with Tullamore if needs be ;)). -if I feel like beer its craft/micro brew or a smaller brewery (Oast House and Silversmith are two of my recent likes) -Diet soda, flavored water for those intense "gotta focus" nights... :) All paired with appropriate music of course... rightwinger26
A good New Belgium IPA always hits the spot, or Hoffbrau.

Rex
I have a continuous cup of coffee all day long. (strong and black) I alternate the water that we all need each day. after 6pm, I might have some beer. (when asked I always answer that my favorite beer is "open" I don't change a thing for modeling, or anything else that I do throughout the day. (I don't use the chainsaw after 6pm, in case anyone's wondering about that, lol)
Jay Chladek
For me it is Tang, lemonade, fruit juice (typically cranberry related) or an available soft drink. I remember on one of my old work tables I had this rather good sized halogen lamp lighting it. I practically needed to replenish my fluids after a session sweating under that thing (not a problem anymore).
toadwbg
Beer of sometimes whatever is in the fridge. Poored out in a glass to let it breathe. If modeling a WW2 Luftwaffe subject, a good German beer. If a WW2 Japanese subject, a good Japanese beer. And so forth... sets the mood.
