Joe Hegedus
If I have anything at the bench with me, it's most likely a mug of tea, sugar no milk. Alcohol and modeling do not mix, IMO. I believe the choice of music is much more important than what beverage I may consume anyway, and that varies according to my mood - modeling subject matter does not enter into the decision of what to listen to at all. Scott Smith
Usually a diet coke on ice, in a glass. No plastic cups for me! On a very rare occasion I have ventured down into the shop with a good scotch over ice and a splash of water. Hmmm, this thread reminds me I need to stop on the way home for another 1.75 of Glenlivet. Scotch is like Valium for me. Totally relaxes my muscles and my mind. Too much, and well, you get the picture!
cag_200
some snow in the morning...some sugar in the evening Edited May 10, 2016 by cag_200
titan8251
Vodka Martini with a lemon twist....shaken not stirred...... actually, Cherry Coke Zero, water, or coffee. Have to stay sharp at the bench. Andy
Exhausted
caffeine and booze.... just need to be able to remember to shut off the air compressor
Exhausted
Beer - Sam Adams, Innis & Gunn or Guiness Liquor - Jack, Jim or Crown I've actually been building the past few weeks too! Ha, in that case you need to make a choice between modeling and driving. I can't let you do both ;) !
MacStingy
1462841744[/url]' post='2800729']I rarely drink anywhere near my model bench. I am too clumsy and would probably knock the glass over and make a mess. +1 - I don't have room for anything else when I'm at it. Cheers Paul
Crazy Snap Captain
Tamiya, Hasegawa, GWH or late Kinetic then a Diet Coke. Trumpeter, Hobby Boss or Kitty Hawk, scotch
Bigasshammm
I rarely drink anywhere near my model bench. I am too clumsy and would probably knock the glass over and make a mess. I'm too busy knocking the glue or paint thinner bottles over.
Drifterdon
Dr Pepper 10 or Coke Zero set far away from the working areas.
falcon20driver
All great choices. After yesterday's fiasco I believe I'll be limiting the beer drinking to non-modeling times.
TaiidanTomcat
I still vividly recall the great coffee spill of '13 and subsequent scrambling
