Ryan Hothersall
Looking good so far. What are you using as filler material? Darwin I use Mr Surfacer 500. Use it on general seams and gaps and put it on quite thick. Easy to sand back with wet n dry sandpaper.

Ryan Hothersall
Had bit of a painting disaster. After putting the gloss coat on, it came out all pebbly looking. Don't know if it is weather related, as it's winter here in Australia, or I did not thin the clear enough. However, it was mainly the upper surface that was affected, so can rub it back and re spray the upper side colour.
yardbird78
Sorry to hear about the paint problems. Are those Sparrow missiles on the fuselage pylons? Darwin
Ryan Hothersall
They are PL-11 missiles which are derived from the Italian Aspide, which itself is a variant of the Sparrow.
