phantom
Well seeing as my Start em' up GB is not gaining traction, how about a Star Trek GB? It is 50 years come September after all. The recent Star Wars GB went ok. Time for a REAL Sci Fi GB. Lots of ships out there that need building. I have a Enterprise and a Klingon that have been on the shelf for ages now. Kurt H.
That is the one thing I do not have in my stash, a Star trek kit. Refit Enterprise, or Enterprise-A would be my choice, it is my favorite in the Star Trek ship.
Don
I have a USS Enterprise NCC 1701 Refit kit...1/1000 I think? I am in

toadwbg
Saw the new movie last weekend, I was entertained! I'd be interested in doing a Trek kit but don't know of any good ones. Would like to do a classic TV or movie Enterprise. MayBe a Klingon warbird. Btw- I've got lots of Star Wars kits I'm working on currently.
Slartibartfast
Round2 offers a magnificent TOS E in 1:350. They are soon reissuing it with a smooth primary upper hull if you don't believe in grid lines. Polar Lights issued the ST:TMP Refit/A and NX-01 in 1:350 though these is going to have to come from someone's SSR. If space is a problem, Polar Lights offers those and more in 1:000 scale. Here's the StarShipModeler store page for 1:1000 kits. Edited July 29, 2016 by Slartibartfast
john53
I built one of the original AMT Enterprises' way back in the late 60s or very early 70s. It was about 1/600 scale I think. For the life of me I can't remember if I had the 1966 or 1968 boxing, I don't remember the funky clear stand or lighting so it was probably the '68 boxing. Will definitely want to try this but a "Bird of Prey" this time.---John

The cutaway enterprise is 1/537, like the movie enterprise, reliant and K'tinga.

That's fictional science fiction bruh. not REAL I would jump in but my star trek kits are few and far between... and I don't want to paint them in gray. ikar
Always liked the NX-01. I'm looking for the Rumulan Bird of Prey. I hear that there's also a NX-01 refit in 1/350th too. That would be interesting. If I can get my camera working, I'm in.
phantom
About half way there to make it official. I plan on a NX-01 with the lights form a trashed 1701-D kit. And a Klingon bird of pray.
ikar
I have a light set for the NX in 1/35oth but when I connected it to a battery, it seemed too bright. Any ideas on how to tone it down a bit?
phantom
Never had THAT problem! Mine are never bright enough! Keep voting yes so we can "make it so".
