Bomb bay was sized to hold one standard A-bomb of the time, a bit larger than Fat Man of Hiroshima.  As a kid (5' tall at the time) I walked by "shapes" standing on tails (sims for practice) at BOQ at NAS Sanford and looking up toward nose.   Big bomb.  Predecessor NAA AJ also designed around the bomb---compare with B-25.

Really afraid of the wing joins. They seem very fragile. Should I ever move they are a promise to break. Might make a "artistic" modification for transport reasons.

Photo bucket is screwing around again.

All done. I did not glue the folded wings on. Just inserted a thick wire to hold it in place if I ever need to move the plane in the future. Now the wings just slide off.
