Chris D
A C-130-30 has two extensions in the fuselage. A 100" extension forward and a 80" extension aft. The forward extension is spliced in just aft of the crew entry door. The rear extension goes in just ahead of the start of the cargo ramp (so, just before the fuselage turns upward to the tail), aft of the paratrooper door. Those two dimensions on the plugs are the real world sizes, so you'd obviously need to scale them down to 1/48 to add them in. Both extensions are simple cylinders which follow the shape of the rest of the fuselage. Hope that helps you out!
