Rich in name only
Good job on the fixes! An interesting and satisfying skill is to "fix" glued parts. Most people seem not to want to try but it's a surprisingly easy skill (as with all, requiring patience) and can noticeably improve the results. The worst I had is a Monogram B-24 with the clear crooked and with glued surfaces and lots of glue overflowing the seams. Broken nose turret mount too. Got all that clear out. Makes a good candidate for the PB4Y-2 conversion.
Johnny_K
Fixing a glued part requires patience with using a Xacto knife to gently pry and cut the glued parts apart. Unfortunately I could not pry the two fins away from the tank. They just broke off. So I used super glue to glue the fins to the tank. Worked just fine.
sabre45
One word: Great. I love the 104. And, please, now a masterclass how do you do it with pictures. Han Holland EU
Rich in name only
I use glue, usually Testors red tube, sometimes Testors liquid, very sparingly and carefully working it with whatever fits the gap--usually #11 blade; also scriber and PE saws. It's pretty quick 'cause has to be done "now" once applied.
