marcinko
Hello, can you tell me please what rules there are for top coating ? For example can I use Tamiya`s XF-86 Clear (matt) for all types of cammo ? Like aircraft gray, tanks brown and green etc
viper730
yep you certainly can.... A side note this dries to a more semi flat than a dead flat. If you are looking for really flat look and want to stick with Tamiya add a bit of tamiya flat base X-21 to achieve that dead flat appearance. Not much just a small amount will be more than enough. Also Never ever use just thinned flat base. It is only to be added to base colors to make them flat /semi gloss or just a bit less shiny.....me I like adding it to the gloss line of colors etc.... . me I know first hand the flat base error........
