$450 to fly in the B-17....is that the going rate? I'm thinking of doing it.

They usually offer discounts if you order early for flights on the airshow weekend. Check in the new year or give them a call and see what they say.  A few years ago (2011?) when I went up they were asking $425 regular and I got it at the discount of either $350 or $375. Cant remember now.

But if you have the $$, go for it. It is an experience I will never forget!!!!

Add WV-2 (EC-121K) static.  It's the one from Chanute.  Plan is for it to be assembled and open in time.  Many components already there and fuselage is on the trailer.  WAR Facebook page shows that they got the B-47 back together in a bit over 2 weeks so there's plenty of time.
