"Milliradian" is a unit of angular measurement. One milliradian is equal to .05729578 degrees, conversely one degree is equal to 17.4533 milliradians. An application to fighter aircraft could be an input of gun depression angle (deflection).


Radiation exposure is measured in units of RAD (Radiation Absorbed Dose), an mRAD would be 1/1000 of a RAD.


However, in this case MRAD means the "Master Radiate" function (mode) has been enabled.  That's all I have to say about that.
