Happy New Year Furball Fanatics! We are here to announce our 1st quarter 2017 releases. This time we have two new decals sets, 3 reprints, and 1 new photoetch set.

Our first set (48-057) “F2H-2 Canopy Seals” features two sets of white canopy seals that were very prominent on the Banshee. Sized for the new 1/48 Kittyhawk kit, this set also includes finely printed rivet detail. This set retails for $6.99.

Next up we have “MiG-21 Canopy Seals” (48-058). Sized for the 1/48 Eduard series of MiG-21 kits, this set replicates the pink sealant found around the canopies of many MiG-21s. Two sets of sealant decals are included. This set retails for $6.99.

(FPE-002) “US Chaff/Flare Dispensers” is our second photoetch release. This set 1/48 scale set reproduces the AN/ALE-45 & 47 countermeasure dispensers found on many US and NATO aircraft. Replicated in petite detail the way only photoetch can achieve, this set is a valuable upgrade for your project. This set contains 94 individual dispensers; more than enough for several models. This set retails for $6.99.

Our next offering, (48-041) “F-4 Phantom Canopy Seals” is a reprint of our very popular upgrade set for the 1/48 Academy F-4 kit. This time the set includes one tan set of canopy seals, and one set of light gray. This set retails for $6.99.

Thank you for the information. The description for MiG-21 sealants (48-058) does not fit to the item. Hope it's not really pink! This is ok for Mig-31 but I've never seen it on 21

i think i've seen it at least on some of the Sokol factory's MiG-21 bis (some ex- algerians repainted in gray IIRC)

Great to see you reprinted “Bravo MiG Killers Part II” ... i've been looking for it for ages... (i miss your first print, as i was hoping for the promised Vagabond decals VF-111 that never materialized, even years fater... I WON'T MISS IT TWICE!!!)

Sounds a touch exotic, doesn't it? For a decal set it should be IMHO a bit more typical, i.e. yellow and/or light gray. Just my 2 €ct.

you are indeed right, Sokol plan only produced half of the Soviet Fishbeds... and "bis" is only the latest variant...  but they exist and...by the greatest coincidence i'm currently building one of these exotic jets...

i agree that "rubber yellow" would have been a more suitable color for canopy glasses sealant.
