Did you ever experience using the very same paint colour on two different kits and the final result came out looking different

because the underlying (actual) plastic had a tonal variation to it? Let`s leave primers out of this one fellers;-) Just something

i was pondering about that might help explain why you always should expect the unexpected.

Yepper,  I built a Monogram 1/48 scale F-84F.  It's gear-up because it's gonna be an in-flight desk model.  I sanded off most of the raised panel lines and gave it a few coats of Future.  The plastic is dark green, and It's gonna be a NMF Ohio ANG Thunderstreak.  From past experience, this should really make the Alclad look great.
