1:200 Hobbycraft 747-100

Agreed on their durability. My plan is not to use the printed masters, but to mold and cast them into resin or white metal. The side brace is actually a separate part. So a little longer rod and a receiving hole in the side of the butt plate assembly would be great. I went ahead and glued them into place in the event that is was possible to print them and use them as is, but they need to be separate for ease of molding and casting..

 

Some quick measurements using a caliper/protractor:

Rear mount - full assembly

Full length 31mm

Full Height 13mm

Vertical Air Foil

Height 7mm

Cord length 3mm

Side/Inboard Air Foil

Height 5.5mm

Cord Length 2.5mm

Exposed Rod length 2mm (need a little longer to glue into the main body)

Rod Dia. 1mm

Forward Brace

Length 21.5mm

Diameter 1.75mm

Mount Plate Section

Length 10mm

Height 6.5mm

width at widest area 4mm

* tapers down to forward brace to 2mm wide

 

Forward Stanchion Assembly

Complete Height 9mm

Complete Base Width 18mm

Pad Junctions on the fuselage dome

Width 7.5mm

Height 4mm

Air Foils

Height 5.5mm

Cord 3mm

Rods

Length 4mm

Diameter 1mm

Email sent...  I could not for the life of me get the zip file to attach, so I sent the most critical images.

Just a note, the above measurements are in 1/200 scale. I didn't extrapolate to 1/100.
