picknpluck
Count me in! I know Phantom is doing a Neptune already, but I'd like to throw mine in the mix too, it that's OK. Besides, it's the only classic kit I have. I'm not sure what markings I'm going with, but I've got these VP-933 "Hubcap" markings that are nice and colorful so that's the direction I'm leaning. I was hoping for a fairly OOB build with some PE to spruce a few things up.
picknpluck
Well shoot...has it been six months already? Ugh...I'm clearly not going to meet the July 1 deadline. The truth is, I suffered a motivation crisis on this build and moved on to other projects. Anyway, the motivation has been rekindled on this Neptune, so back to the grind for me. I'm off for the rest of the week, so let's see how much I can get done. Here's the cockpit with some Eduard bits. And this is along the lines of what I'm ultimately shooting for:
Spectre711
I know what you mean, I'll have the pair of F-16s done but not the others I started. I went on a trip and just never got back into the swing of things.
picknpluck
I had a little bit of bench time last night so I spent that time offsetting the nose gear well. Now I'm feeling shamed into detailing the wheel wells because the kit detail is nonexistent.
