Silenoz
Exhausts painted: Most of the decals don't have a grey background, so I put them into place, then sealing and adding some masking tape in tiny bits... then camouflage: and the result I hope to achieve:
Silenoz
How long can it take to finish a 1/144 kit??? After 2h of applying tape, not even halfway... hope it works out in the end... You can also see that the decals are shiny, hope it gets solved after the semi-gloss at the end... Other thing that was a first timer was that the decals didn't only break, but also delaminated... b.l.stryker
Nice Project. How is the current stand
Silenoz
Thx, still busy taping, took much longer then expected. First one is ready to apply masking for the camo, I will wait with the second one so that I can learn of what will happen when I spray the paint on... So hopefully soon some progress... Silenoz
a lot of tape and blutack later: and the rest is also done.. 1 fault, and 1 spot where the paint acted weird, but overall I'm satisfied: third layer: white Here the painted started acting strange, it came out thinner then elsewhere Another masking round: and the last layer: tyre black and finally time to strip the model: what do you think?
