Vidar_710
With regards to the diameter problem... If I understand how Shapeways does things, they have printers contracted out for them. Submit a file to one will get a unprintable response then another says, “no problem”. Maybe increasing that diameter in small increments may work if it can’t pass anywhere as is. Vidar_710
Another option is to not print those at all. Make 1mm dia. recesses in the upper and lower fittings and I’ll add brass tubes. All I need to know is the length of the exposed brass. Tracy Edited August 26, 2019 by Vidar_710
crackerjazz
Hi Tracy, would these be the lengths you need? Let me try and make those recesses. The only problem is we might have problems printing the walls of the openings:
spaceman
Fantastic 3D modeling as always, Joe! I keep my fingers crossed.
Vidar_710
Yes... those would be the sections I would replace with brass or aluminum rod. You may not have to make a full recess. Just give me a center point divot or cone in those surfaces to start the drilling myself. Tracy Edited September 12, 2019 by Vidar_710
Vidar_710
CJ, If you would, just get it to where it will print the diameter it can handle and I’ll do the rest. Thanks, Tracy Edited October 15, 2019 by Vidar_710
crackerjazz
Sure thing, will upload it to Shapeways over the weekend.

Vidar_710
The two forward mounts arrived. They look absolutely awesome! I'm even happy with the diameter they printed in. No changes needed. I need to take a few shots and put them on my PhotoBucket. Tracy
crackerjazz
Hey Tracy, great to hear they turned out well! I was worried the whole time they wouldn't print 😞
spaceman
Cool Guys, if they are not willing, to print what you want, you have to outsmart them.

Urijah Rogers
Thanks for the advice. I recently read some very useful articles about professionalism and its role in the medical field at https://graduateway.com/essay-examples/professionalism/ I always prefer doctors who are professional in their work.
