dsahling
Anyone have any photos of an f-16c carrying cbu-103 and agm-65? Or know if this is a legit loadoit?
Lancer512
I've seen the AGM-65 on both single rail and triple rail mounts on the F-16C. Not sure about the CBU-103, though. O r do you mean both types of weapons carried at the same time? Edited February 17, 2017 by Lancer512
strikeeagle801
I've got a shot around here somewhere showing that exact load-out. An AGM-65 on station 3, and a CBU-103 on Station 7 (or visa-versa) so I know it is a valid load-out, but I don't know where the picture is. I have in fact seen it though, it was over Iraq for what it is worth. Aaron
jeramy
Never seen that load out, but the 35th FS old go to war config was 2 slant loaded CBU-87 (TER-9A)and AGM-65. BTW CBU-103 is a CBU-87 with WCMD tail pack(GPS). Also WCMD can't be loaded on Ter's. Those configs were from the old Block 30 days...So really that should be a good looking loadout. Good luck with your build Edited February 20, 2017 by jeramy
B2Blain
I believe the TER9 was not compatible with the GBU-38 and the WCMDs. It was primarily used to carry Mk 82s, CBU-87/89/97, GBU-12s, and Mk 20 Rockeyes - mainly in the slant configuration. The WCMDs could initially only be carried singly on pylons 3 and 7. Initially, the BRU-57s could only carry Mk 82s and GBU-12s, and I think the CBU-87 family. Later the WCMDs and JSOW was integrated with the rack.
