Dave1089 Posted February 19, 2017 Share Posted February 19, 2017 Hello all, I've a couple of 1/48 Super Hornets to build and i'm looking to arm them up for the recent involvement in Op Inherent Resolve. My last kit, I armed with 5x GBU-38 and 1x AGM-65. I've a VFA-31 'E' model to do and a VFA-213 'F' model. I'd like to arm these jets differently. For example, I've seen some pictures online of jets with at least 2 GBU-31's under one wing, but i'm able to see what the other wing is loaded with. Found this picture, from earlier this month - looks to be 2 x GBU-31 under one wing, but would anyone have an idea of what would be loaded on the other? Ant Phillips Posted February 19, 2017 Share Posted February 19, 2017 Hi Dave, If you look at the next picture in the sequence it shows a rear view of the same aircraft a split second after launch and it looks like more (certainly at least one more) GBU-31's on the opposite side.
