1/144 C-5 Draw decals

Recommended Posts

Draw decals are printed on a continuous film sheet, so you need to cut around each individual decal before soaking them. They are very thin and settle well.  I would also mention, handle with care. As they are thin it is easy to tear. They also like to fold over on themselves if you don't slide them off the paper neatly.

There are application instructions in the instructions for DRAW Decals.  Follow those, and you shouldn't have any big problems applying them.  The current production sheets are MUCH more resilient than the early ALPS sets.  If the instructions for application are followed, they will settle down just as well as most other decals, and much better than many kit ones.  As mentioned, they are printed on a continuous film.  If you search on Airliner Cafe, there are quite a few models built with DRAW sets (both civil and military), so you can see the results that can be achieved with them.
