Got a crazy idea. If I am going to build one Hasegawa F-4F then I might as well build two.

The plan at first was to do a JG-71 R red and black special scheme. But the kit did not come with the decals. I think I bought the kit that way several years ago.

Sure the photo is for the JG-73 I am all ready building but who cares. Only have so much storage space in photobucket after all.

So, the crazy idea part is use the kit decals from a Revel F-4F, do both models in flight and combine those two with two older Hasegawa F-4Fs in flight.

This is going to be BIG Jerry!!!!!

What are those stands that you're using? Do they just clip on? Since you're doing your quadro-display later, I'm assuming you didn't cut slots into the fuselage bottoms to insert a stand. Or did you?

Nope, those are old stands for a 1/72 Phantom. They slide into the engine exhaust. But they are not sturdy enough for long term 1/48 Phantoms.

And yep, 4 on sticks for long term.
