Awesome. They kept it under wraps for the most part and now shortly before the release they're showing sprue trees. THAT is how you do it.

The caption basically says that this shows the intake part dry-fitted to the fuselage but this is not a snap-fit kit.

One of the things I wonder about is how do they know that the external pylons look like? Being at Hill AFB and seeing the 34th FS and 466th FS flying, I have yet to see any of the Lightnings flying with external store's yet. This won't prevent me from buying one.

My son is at Hill with the 419th working as a Low Observable Maintenance Technician

More than a couple have been flying with external stores, but during the testing phase.
