Thanks Jim Barr Absolutely. I will never thin Tamiya with anything else.

I've always found them to give the best result, so I'm surprised by some of the negative things I've read. As far as Mr Paint and Mr Color, they sound interesting. Does anyone have links to the complete color lists? From what I've found so far, they are a little short on FS colors. Also, where do people order these from? You can get your Mr. Paint stuff here: http://www.hobbyworld-usa.com/Store/index.php I hear nothing but great things about their customer service.
dnl42
Mr Color is hopefully available from your LHS. If not, I've used from animetropolis on ebay to get colors that the LHS hasn't had for a while... My LHS also has Mission Models paints, which also look quite interesting..
stalal
Ever since I used Tamiya and Gunze paints, I have felt Testors colors belonged to an era long gone by. So I m not sad at them going. However, if it was MM Metalizer they were discontinuing, that would have been very sad.
