Looking good. Your tail rotor is on backwards.

Thanks sir!

I think the two circular vents are for the A/C system. Not all Lakotas have A/C so that might explain why some have the circles and some don't.

LD.

Thanks for the information commander

Looks awesome Charlie, decals are on the way!

I believe those two holes are only included in the medevac version, i think it has to do with the medical gear they have in the back.

Rod.

Amigo thanks for the information

and for the decals the biggest thanks I can give!

Charlie you build looks great. The tail rotor issue is a Revell issue. Our Oklahoma Air Guard unit flies the Lakota. A friend got us a tour and that is where I saw the tail rotor issue with the model.

I did a what-if and converted the Lakota to a replacement for the Kiowa. I dubbed it the AH-72 Lakota Warrior. I had a very ill fitting canopy. It was approx. 1.5-2.0mm wide. So I requested a replacement part from Revell, which the supplied in quick fashion, but to too was a bit wide and required some rework to get marginally decent fit. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this fitment issue.

It not sure it's a Revell issue or I am not understanding the issue correct.

ADAC and DRF kit instructions are good.

PDF Sheet 13, step 45

I am looking forward to the H145M kit to add to the suite of kits.

There was a AAS-72X project to do the same thing.
