gtsosniper
I am looking to start a Flanker build, torn between the Kinetic SU-33 and Kittyhawk SU-35, love the look of both. Based on those who have built one or both, I am looking for opinions on which kit provides an accurate and fun build. I am making a return to the hobby after a 6 year hiatus. Thank you for any advice.

ching kuo
Su-33 Kinetic without hesitation, especially not the Su-35 of KH, beautiful certainly! Far from being precise as HB and Knetic

Far from being precise as HB and Knetic Given that the OP has stopped modelling for 6 years, perhaps a simpler build could more appropriate. I like Dylan's suggestion. Mr Matt Foley
Not so fast. We discussed the HB Flanker ad nauseam here and it has many flaws on its own accord. It boils down to how accurate of a flanker you desire and my understanding is the Kinetic Su-33 tops anything in 1/48 scale. Search a bit and watch for some of Berkut's and Zactoman's comments.
