achterkirch
I wouldn’t mind seeing some moody F-4’s or George AFB (GA tailcode) F-4’s for that matter. Also some ZF F-16A’s (early 80’s homestead AFB) or moody F-16 block 40’s. I don’t think I have seen HS tail coded F-16 block 40’s from decal manufacturers either. It would be nice to see some Cold War subjects that haven’t done before. Though you are killing it with some of your sheets with this. (Thinking of the aardvark, C-135 variants, A-10 and RF-4C sheets among others).
hemspilot
I still have this idea of Air Force legacy pairings, they could even be done in multiple scales sheets. There's an F-16 from Luke painted in Passionate Patsy's (the bubbletop one) P-47 D colors. There could be an F-16, A-10, F-105, AD-5 sheet in Vietnam camo...
Dutch
@KursadA, Would you consider an XB-52/YB-52 prototype & NASA NB-52A/B/H sheet (1/72 & 1/144)? Click2detail offers the XB/YB-52 nose & tail conversion in both scales. Both NASA NB-52A 52-0003 and NB-52B 52-0008 require some mods with conversions from Contrails (1/144) & Golden Dragon Productions / BuffMaster (1/144 & 1/72) and decals by Cutting Edge (1/144 & 1/72). While the Cutting Edge decals are still available in limited quantities from Dave Klaus at Meteor Productions (at increased prices), sadly, only the Contrails 1/144 conversion set is currently available, though the GDP / BM sets do occassionally show up on evilBay. The NB-52H 61-0125 requires very little modification.
Niels
A good candidate for Dark Vipers VI 🤩
achterkirch
The 142nd FW of the Oregon ANG got its first F-15EX today. Seems to be 20-0008. The link has some added pictures/video that might be useful if you choose to do this jet some time. https://katu.com/amp/news/local/oregon-air-national-guard-welcomes-state-of-the-art-f-15ex-jets-to-replace-old-fleet https://www.kptv.com/2024/06/06/portland-national-guard-receives-cutting-edge-fighter-jet/?outputType=amp https://www.kgw.com/article/news/local/oregon-air-national-guard-new-fleet-fighter-jets-f15exs/283-88c2c241-4eff-4f7c-afbe-8ed9c9d42694 Edited June 6 by achterkirch

KursadA
Great - just when the existing F-15 Next Gen sheet is about to be sold out. I am sure I will be doing a new sheet with operational jets soon.
Dutch
Hold the presses! Kursad, here is another candidate for your next KC-135R sheet; KC-135T 59-1471 of the 116th ARS, Washington ANG at Fairchild AFB. There is also a 116th ARS FB link, but it pulls up in Thai or Indian and only shows the 95th anniversary markings applied to the nose, which appear to remain on the jet. Here is a clean FB link. eraucubsfan
Not to be the "screen door in the submarine" but I feel like there are so many other a/c & kits that could use the Caracal's treatment rather than more F-15 decals...
The Arrowhead
How about an USAF/ANG F-84F collection with plenty of colorful liveries? Time to seriously retire those Super/Microscale old timers.

Stephen
For the next Dark Vipers sheet https://alert5.com/2024/07/03/8th-fighter-squadron-honors-stealthy-past-with-f-16-black-sheep-flagship/ Edited July 3 by Stephen
habu2
Boy that puts the "Dark" in "Dark Viper"... 👍
Niels
The Dark Viper sheets have been focused on F-16's in the (newish) Have Glas V scheme. 88-0517 is black to commemorate the 8FS time flying the F-117A. That's also why it has the zig-zag pattern on the nose.
bdt13
Perhaps a future F-16 sheet could feature F-16C 90-0808, marked as "BOB" in honor of the last three of the serial: Link here

She passed 10000 flight hours in 2019, and have regular line markings now but with "10000 flight hrs" on the yellow fin tip since then.
