A-10 LOADER
We do need a updated P-3 kit in 72nd that's for sure but, lord no not from Trumpeter. Their name and accuracy don't go together. Hopefully the Academy kit will become a reality. Steve

John54
True enough, and Academy would be the best solution. Fingers crossed.
Niels
What would be nice is a new series of decal sheets covering the F-4E's of the 4TFW - 334/335/336TFS in Hill Gray II scheme; Aircraft Photo of 73-1160 | McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II | USA - Air Force | AirHistory.net #721564 None of the previous sheets covering this unit is to be found anymore? And it will fit nicely with the recently released Meng and Zoukei-Mura/SWS F-4E's. And there you also have a suggestion for releasing the TISEO aswell, as the Zoukei-Mura apparently miss this? thegoodsgt
The EA-18G has been ignored for a long time. I think the last time we've seen decals for them was from Wolfpak nearly 10 years ago. It'd be great to see new options given it's service in the US Navy.

I think it's been pretty well represented in 1/

The TISEO is already available from Quinta, Hypersonic and BAM, just to quote a few.
jonbryon
I think it would be wonderful if a decal manufacturer produced post-war markings for the P-61. Strangely neglected... Jon

Jon that’s a subject I don’t know much about. How long and widespread were they operational after the war?

They seem to have persisted for a good few years into the late 40s. I've not researched photos for them, but there must be *some* out there! Jon
Dutch
I think I read somewhere where the 68th FIS in Japan still had them and was transitioning into the F-82 right before the Korean war kicked off. As Kursad already has the 68th FIS markings, he could easily convert those to the P-61. Yup. Wiki says: "Most of Far East Air Force's P-61s were retired in 1949 and the last operational Black Widow, of the 68th Fighter Squadron, 347th Fighter Group left Japan in May 1950, missing the Korean War by only a month." I’ve also thought that P-47N’s would have been well suited for Korea, again an interesting what-if. Edited September 11 by Corey

KursadA
Yeah, this appeared sometime in 2022, I think. I already have artwork drawn for it, waiting to be released as part of a new 1/72 sheet of current B-1B markings.

Niels
Kursad, When considering your next F-15 sheet, could you include some 57th fighter squadron jets please? The market is sorely lacking F-15C/D's predating the Mod Eagle scheme. Thanks!
