Kurt H.
I atteneded the 2017 Nats in Omaha, and saw lots of great models and saw lots of great products in the vendor rooms. Since the SAC museum is nearby, I decided to visit before heading to the Nats. Sometimes I see an airplane in a museum I am familiar with but never really though much about, and walk away inspired to build it. When I walked in to one of the galleries, I saw this I just thought it looked so cool in SEA Camo, and would be a fun project. So on to the missed opportunity... If you were at the Nats, you might recall Special Hobby had several tables, a very large presence. I am not familiar with their products so I walked past them several times. Now that I am home, I did some research on the F-86H, and the easiest to find kit to build an F-86H is from ... Special Hobby in 1/72. They may well have had it there, and I could have the kit already.
