avn
I’m trying to build 1/200 Hasegawa Lufthansa 747-400 and need help on color of this plane. Looking many reference photos, the upper fuselage with upper main wings and upper/lower tail wings are white, the lower fuselage and lower main wings are grey (is this Boeing grey, aircraft grey or what grey for perfect match?) The engine color is my main question, the instruction give aircraft grey matching with lower fuselage but many reference photos showed light blueish grey color, could anyone advise how to match this color what brand and FS number. Thanks in advance. AVN
Trojan Thunder
Lufthansa uses their own colour for the lower fuselage, engine pylons and engines. The grey used is called "Duralgrau" and has an RLM code 91 and matches RAL 7001 as well as FS36375 which can be found as Model Master 1728. Link 1 Link
