Recommended Posts

Hi to everyone,

First let me introduce myself. My name is Dragan, and I am from Serbia. I build model kits for almoust a two decades, and this is my first submision to ARC.Now to the real introduction of my work.

I have finished this model kit almost a year ago, this is Trumpeter F4U-1D in 1/32 scale. I think that a lot of us here know the qualities of this model kit. From aftermarket I didn't used anything, whole of upgrades were scratchbuild, seat harnes were made from paper with print, some stencil and placards were also self printed paper photo.Whole model kt was riveted. Paints are Vallejo,Humbrol,Couts also Vallejo, pigments & effects  AMMO MIG,Metalizer colors AK Interactive EXTREEME Metal.Paint scheme(camo) was black & white reserach, from a photo. On this model kit I have tried some experiment of home made "Salty Effect", for which I have gived name to it :-)

Partner, you build a great model. It looks like all a person has to do is climb in and fire up the engine. Spectacular work, keep posting pictures of your other builds, they must be something.

Welcome to ARC!!!!

Dirty bird! But they were well used. Weathering is outstanding, as is the overall build. Really like the prop blades! Let's see more of your work... please!
