ALEXANDRE REZENDE
midnightprowler and Oliver: Thanks! I had to replace the tail rotor electric motor (it looks like it burned out) ... Many warned me that this kit has errors in the tail ... Anyone who has ever assembled this kit knows that the rotors bump together and the tail rotor hits the horizontal warp ... I looked at some work from other modelers and started my corrections on the vertical warp tilt ... And corrections in tail length ... New engine installed ... Results... Rotorman
You are the only modeler i know who is making the tail rotor spin as well as the main rotor. Thats is truly amazing modeling. What a great idea. Oliver

You are the only modeler i know who is making the tail rotor spin as well as the main rotor. Thats is truly amazing modeling. What a great idea. Oliver Oliver: The idea is old, but few modelers have been able to do that. Thanks for being on my topic. Gentlemen, sorry for the long absence ... Follow up ... Continuing work on the broadcast ... I had to replace the syrup engine that had burned ... I definitely installed the main electric motor ... This piece is fixed so as not to make visible the electrical part ... Lupusprimus
No way. The rotors will rotate, but it will never fly like this. He would have to apply his art to one of our kits.
ALEXANDRE REZENDE
Will the main and tail rotors spin at the correct respective speeds? Hello midnightprowler ... The rotors spin enough to simulate what we see in real models, yet they have no strength (and no resistance) to fly. Thanks for the comment! so amazing. Its gonna fly?, right! Hello Oliver ... I made the propellers spin more by challenging the construction of the propeller mechanism. However the model does not fly. The movement is just to animate the model. Thanks for the comment! No way. The rotors will rotate, but it will never fly like this. He would have to apply his art to one of our kits. Hello Lipusprimus ... You're right. The model does not fly. It only simulates rotor rotation as "animation" for the model (I even made the main rotor step control). Although when I was young I worked with duct-fan model airplanes, today I only work with static models. I followed your assembly of the Sikorsky S-64 and really enjoyed it. You are very skilled (like most German modelers). Thanks for visiting my topic!

ALEXANDRE REZENDE
Manufacture of heat deflector system... References... For the kit, I simply designed the fairing parts for aluminum sheet cutting ... The cut and assembled parts provided a very good result ... And its fit in the oval fairing was adequate .... The infrared suppressor is made with a small plastic siphon tube, decorated with aluminum strips ... Then I applied paint to unify the whole ... Using micro hinges made of aluminum plate, I fixed the doors on the fuselage ... Opening and closing tests of all doors (finally completed) ... Now a sequence of photos showing the doors and their look after opening ... Next I will make the automatic hydraulic control module!
