ikar
I was getting ready to paint a model of the Destroyer Yukazaki and wound up with a problem. According the the chart, part of the deck is listed as a Linoleum color. Does anyone have an idea of what color could be used to at least come close to this color? The instructions list the color as SC06.
Slartibartfast
Linoleum can be any color. It can be found in kitchens and bathrooms all over North America. Go with SC06, whatever that is. Edited November 1, 2017 by Slartibartfast
Petrov27
Looks like Gunze SC06 is a dark reddish brown? https://store.spruebrothers.com/product_p/guncs612xxx.htm
dnl42
Google sez that IJN linoleum appears to have been a red-brown. As SC06 is labeled "Linoleum Deck Color ", that's likely a good choice. One would hope they got that right :)
john53
It's a dark reddish brown, I used Tamiya's Linoleum color on my 1/350 Fine Molds IJN Amagiri.---John Edited August 12, 2018 by john53
