You can find your Skyhawk instructions at Ludwig's Modeler's Library in a zip file.  Checked and downloaded to confirm.  The catch is the instructions are in the form of image files which I suppose you could convert to a pdf file if you have the resources available to you to do so.  Unfortunately the F-4E Phantom IDF was not on the list of available instructions but there are other F-4E kit instructions available.
