Not sure if North Dakota ANG F-94A's have been done in decal form before; but this will be one of the options on the F-94A/B sheet finally coming in April:

A technical note here: Note that the serial number on some of the ANG aircraft during this period is not painted using the typical USAF block letter standard with 45-degree corners - it is a rather different style with rounded corners, that I don't recall seeing documented anywhere. I notice that it was used on the F-94, F-51H and a bunch of other ANG types in the early 1950s - but curiously, never on front-line USAF aircraft. I designed a full set of digits for it while designing the F-51H sheet, and it should come handy for designing the many accurate ANG sheets in the pipeline.

They have not! And thanks for this from a fellow North Dakotan modeler.

Oh heck yes!   Exactly the markings I was hoping you'd do for this bird.   Though not the same plane, the pic I posted earlier in this thread shows a F-94A with the de-icer boots fitted to a few of this early type.  Using the nose markings and your serial number sheet, I can build 533.

Thank you- thank you- thank you!

Kursad, how soon until part 2 is released?

Hmm, I don't know - with Microscale's printing operations seriously affected by the pandemic, I am not even sure when the first sheet will be ready. The second sheet won't be out until I sell half of the print run of the first sheet.

Ah so, desuka! Domo arigato!  I was just curious. Yes, I forgot how this pandemic is affecting our global economy.

They'll never make any movies about us, but we modellers will be the ones who ultimately save the world!  I'm ready to throw my money at someone once these sheets come out but, as of right now, there's no one up and running.  If this keeps up, I'm going to have to resort to Sharpie markers and crayons to add my own nose art and squadron markings.

Kitty Hawk's kit is the F-94C, a completely different animal than the A/B. About the only commonality is the canopy and maybe landing gear. The C model had a completely different wing, thinner and with dihedral. Much different nose, much different exhaust, much different tail. This coming decal would not be for C models.

My big problem now with my -94 build is I'm wondering if the fin cap should be ADC gray instead....:hmmm:

Andy,

Judging from pic #3 above with the 5 plane line up, I see at least three different colors and possibly four on the fin caps. Leave it yellow my friend. Anyway, you nailed the nose swoosh and wing tanks.
