Flankerman Posted November 14, 2017 Share Posted November 14, 2017 They have been very busy attending the ScaleModelWorld show at Telford over the past weekend, with gazillions of pre-orders to fill - maybe that has something to do with their lack of response?? I telephoned them recently over a broken canopy - and got a replacement within a week. They are usually very good at customer service. I hope you get satisfaction (eventually!) RCAFFAN Posted November 14, 2017 Share Posted November 14, 2017 (edited) Got the wrong kit from them once (same number but different letter prefix) and also found them rather slow to answer e-mail but once they did we worked it out, me returning wrong kit and they sending right one. Took a bit of time but most of that was no doubt postage time between there and Canada.If I recall correctly they gave me a $10.00 credit towards next purchase to repay my cost of mailing back....
