They have been very busy attending the ScaleModelWorld show at Telford over the past weekend, with gazillions of pre-orders to fill - maybe that has something to do with their lack of response??

 

I telephoned them recently over a broken canopy - and got a replacement within a week.

 

They are usually very good at customer service.

 

I hope you get satisfaction (eventually!)

Got the wrong kit from them once (same number but different letter prefix) and also found them rather slow to answer e-mail but once they did we worked it out, me returning wrong kit and they sending right one. Took a bit of time but most of that was no doubt postage time between there and Canada.If I recall correctly they gave me a  $10.00 credit towards next purchase to repay my cost of mailing back....
