Rick McPherson
Not to be a pain. The rear part of the nazzelle on 262 is metal streake black from exhaust and oil making it almost black. Looks great.

dnl42
Nice work! And quick too, says the guy that started a 1/144 version back in the summer and only this week got the clear coat on for the decals.
phantom
Thanks guys. Rick I went with the Leading Edge instructions on the exhaust colour. But having seen the photo you sent me, and the simple fact it IS your plane after all. I will switch them to black on my next day off. dnl42
Some photos of Aero-Flite and Quebec CL-415's in action because of the Creek Fire here in Southern California. The Thomas Fire is the really big one...very sad...
phantom
I repainted the engine exhaust and will try a photo on my next day off.
phantom
THe customer wanted the 215 painted with black engines, so that is what he gets. I think it looks better now.
Rick McPherson
Looks great. I love watching these work on fires. If would be great if there were decals available for the Beaver, Otter, Twin Otter and Turbo Beaver in the MNR colours.
