marcinko
Hello together, does anybody know if decals like the plane in the pic attached are available in 1/48 ? Edited January 14, 2018 by marcinko
Niels
If you can find it, Flying Leathernecks decals did a sheet containing the boss bird; http://flyingleathernecksmodels.com/FLD48013.html Google also gave me this which is exactly what you pictured; https://www.1001modelkits.com/f-a-18-hornet-model-kit/232433-jbr-decals-jbr48005-retro-bat-vmfa-aw-242-f-a-18d-buno-164651.html

jmel
Are you looking for that squadron? Or that particular airframe?
Dave Roof
Shortly after the squadron painted that jet, the S-5 Officer sent me a CD with full walk around detailed shots of the markings of that specific aircraft, along with another in the squadron with special markings. A couple of weeks after receiving it, I misplaced it and still haven't been able to find it!

Niels
Special schemes are nice, but I prefer the option of line birds aswell
