Sure is, I don't think that there are any external changes. The main changes to the -200 were more internal fuel and uprated engines.

The -200ERs run either General Electric GE90-110B1 or  GE90-115B whereas the -200s with GEs are GE90-76B, GE90-85B, GE90-90B and GE90-94B

If you were using the Zvezda/Revell 777-300ER kit then you are starting with the correct engines, just need to cut the fuselage down.

If you are not fussed about the engines then any Minicraft kit with GEs will work. Not sure which engines come in the Doyusha or Welsh kits.

There are no external differences between a -200 and -200ER, so whichever -200 kit you purchase you will be ok.  Just be sure to place the correct aircraft registration onto the model to reflect a -200ER.

So externally the engines look the same on the 200 and 200ERs?

Seems like it, as long as you get a kit with GE Engines. Minicraft released GE, Rolls Royce and Pratt and Whitney  versions, Aftermarket engines are available form Braz models

The -200ER was offered with all three engine makes - GE, Rolls-Royce or Pratt & Whitney.  The -200LR was exclusively GE90-1XX powered.  The -LR also featured the raked wingtips of the -300ER.
