Doesn’t matter.   I read somewhere that only losers get shot down.

Quite honestly, if we are talking about true heroism, Google Lodge / Locher.

Neat site thanks for the link:thumbsup:. I always like poking around sites like that. I also have always liked Vf-96 Falcon's tails on the F-4. They have been on my modeling list of "to do" for a longtime... but its a LONG list LOL!

Regards

Interesting website.  Has a bio for him but it doesn't mention that he ever wore a wide striped suit.

Except those that have a moral compass to begin with.   Are you insinuating that this guy is somehow a victim?

If you do things like that than you have to do it for guys with names like

No, not really.   I thought I heard some referrence to another hero from that war being in that catagory cause  he allowed himself to get shot down and captured.  Personally, I’m a bit troubled by branding someone that way but I thought it was now in vogue, so I just went with it.

Are we talking about Hitler, Weinberg, Nassar?

And here I thought we weren't suppose to be talking about politics, silly me.

Again, why don't we keep politics out of this and keep this model related.

Don't like the guy's politics, fine, but this thread wasn't started to talk about his political career was it.

The OP's link contains the following statement:

Quote

A U.S. Congressman for 16 years, Cunningham served as Chairman to the Intelligence Committee and on the Education Committee.
