ApolloMan
So Pete, I was looking over the Shapways site. The LR FUD is one price, then you buy the Wheels seperate, and bags are seperate again? I was looking at the 1/32 version. You got me all thinking about my next models ☺️
Lunokhod 2
That is correct for a complete LRV you have to buy 3 sets, see http://spacemodels.nuxit.net/1-32 LM/Descent stage J.htm and scroll down to "The Apollo 15 LRV is fully operational and equiped" and you will have links to the sets of parts for either Apollo 15, 16 or 17. ApolloMan
Thanks Pete, I'll have to start my saving now 😀
ApolloMan
Hey Shapeways doesn't seem to be making the MP wheels for the LRV atm? I was looking at the 1/24 scale rover. They still make the single plastic wheels in 1/24, I may have to get them in plastic. I was also looking at the 1/48 scale LRV, there are no wheels available. Lunokhod 2
Thanks for noting that, Shapeways changed all their brand of product and colors recently and Metallic Plastic is not available anymore. It seems to be replaced by Gray Professional which is quite expensive compare to MP. I reinstated the 1/48 wheels by adding White versatile plastic.
