ytsejam87
I have found multiple "recipes" for water based acrylic thinners/retarders/cleaners based on water , IPA, glycerin, and propylene glycol. of which I have. However, I have yet to find any recommendations for a homebrew retarder for either Tamiya or Mr. Color Alcohol based paints. The goal is to make either brand easier to hand paint. Can I just use a small amount of Propylene Glycol to retard the drying of these these paints?
Lucas C.
I think you'd be better off buying Tamiya's own retarder.
ytsejam87
indeed. It would seem to be the best route. Thanks!
