The Madhatter
Hi everyone Well, it's finally done and dusted. Completely OOB with the exception of some wiring to the rear wheels. It's come out quite nicely I think. It's hard to make grey not so boring but I managed to get some variation here and there Now for the final pics [/url Well, that's it but thanks for looking in Si
Falconxlvi
Great job- I think you did the panel variation really well to break up the monotony of the gray scheme! It’s cool to see one of these ModelCollect B-2’s finished. Steve

Joel_W
A really impressive paint scheme with more then enough color modulation to make that "boring" gray look oh so natural. Joel
john53
Beautiful job! Like the different grays and subtle weathering! Excellent job on the bomb bay and wheel wells detailing, looks like an excellent kit.---John

The kit was an infinite improvement over the Testors one in term of accuracy and fit but it still had it's challenges. The lack of locating pins etc can lead to ill fitting parts in the wrong places and the instructions are OK and on par with say Kinetic. The parts count is low as well and some etc attention to detail like the bomb bay wiring wouldn't have gone amiss. TBH, I don't think it's worth the price I paid for it. If it were cheaper then yes definitely but @ $200AU (now seen as 'low' as $170 from BNA) it's a bit of a rip off. Still, the main thing is that it produces a great looking 1/72 B-2 that you don't have to rescribe or cover with putty
AlCZ
Huh, i read a many word what bad is this kit, but Your OOB build (thumbs up) is very NICE ! And - IMHO - look it as "Spirit".

Swashplate
Fantastic paintwork. She’s a beauty!
The Madhatter
thanks guys! I'm pretty happy with it. As for no weapons - well the ones that come with it are...shall we say "lacking somewhat" in any kind of detail and realism. I chose to leave them out as they are pretty crap and I don't have any spares in my collection. I'm not worried though. Thanks for posting your opinions guys
