JackMan
The 1/72 Trumpeter F-106B seems to have been sold out everywhere. Even Hong Kong based LuckyModel & HobbyEasy isn't even listing it, let alone display it as being sold out. And E-bay prices seem to be going for twice the amount as the F-106A. What gives? Was it a limited edition thing or something? Also, is Meng ever going to release a F-106B? Any news?
TheRealMrEd
Got my Trumpeter F-106B three days ago from Free Time Hobbies for $30.79 USD, plus shipping. You folks should be shopping Central Georgia (USA).... Ed
ikar
I picked one up from Suadron as soon as they showed up. Just lucky in the timing. As for why they went so quickly, there never has been a dedicated model of the "B". produced, just a couple conversion kits. If they come out with a TF-102 the same thing will happen again. JackMan
Thanks guys. There's a certain appeal to these 2-seaters. They make unique modeling subjects. And I agree with you, ikar, I'd grab a couple of TF-102s too. C'mon Meng Models!
