dsahling Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 So I'm trying to research a particular Su-27 Flanker subject and think I may have found some pretty good photos of it but I'm not entirely sure its the right plane I'm looking at...Anyways, my question is, are the dielectric panels (they come in two colors, white and green) on the tips of the vertical stabilzers and the leading edge of the right vertical stabilizer interchangeable? Meaning could you switch out green for white? or does the whole stabilizer need to be replaced? Thanks Dan Quote Link to post Share on other sites
kotey Posted June 26, 2018 Share Posted June 26, 2018 Yes, RWR tips can be demounted and changed to another one, one time i saw Su-27 with two different colours tips - one were green one id white. But all other Su-27s had same tips - both white or both green. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
