22left Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 (edited) Anybody like the new Qantas livery? They removed Skippy Kangaroos' paws and smoothed-out his ears; making him ressemble the . swoosh. I see the old B744 daily from my house near JFK and she still has the old, better livery, as the B744s will soon all get scrapped. Many Qantas fans, like myself, have complained, but to no avail. Trojan Thunder Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 Yep, thought the same. though it is growing on me. A fair few of the fleet are in the new scheme now. You won't see the new livery on the 744s since they will be retired in the next 3 years being replaced with more 789s. The first A380 has been painted now as well.
